We booked it kinda spontanious, but was the best decision. Comfy and big room and nice ambiente. Insadong and Ikseondong are walkable.

The hotel is nice with a great location and nice view. The rooms were little small for couple but fine for solo.

The location seems like it is not near anything on a map, but if you use the bus you are close to a lot of different things. The room was clean and the facilities are quite new and nice. It should be noted that even though you pay a lot for this hotel, you pay extra for the sauna. We thought most of the staff was quite good. Only one strange thing - when we asked the front desk about the restaurant discount, the guy said "you'd have to ask them." When you're paying 200 dollars a night, they should be calling for you. Small thing and not related to most of the staff - just a bit of a strange interaction. I didn't use the gym or (extra cost) sauna but they look nice - the gym in particular looks very well equipped. Anyway, in general this is a very nice hotel in a great location. I would wait for a discount or sale, though.

I chose this hotel because I saw a lot of good reviews on Google. Indeed the room was clean but their shower stall and sink area where the tiles are started to look moldy and dated. I walked in and the first thing I saw was hair on the sink. It didn't bother me too much but then I saw hair on the chair. I went to use the shower stall and I see about 20 little flies on the white tiles. It's coming from the drain as I realized they came back the following day. It was pretty gross because I saw a few in my room above my bed on the ceiling. I got room service for their American Breakfast and their seaweed soup. Both were pretty good but the American Breakfast is a better deal. There's not much around the hotel in terms of restaurants and if you're a foreigner there's a Chinese restaurant on the corner that I would avoid. They weren't friendly. I wouldn't mind staying in this hotel again since the staff were friendly but I hope they do something about the drain and the little flies coming into the room.
