I stayed for one night during the Lotus Lantern Festival. The staff were very helpful and kind while checking in and out. They spoke both English and Korean which made things much easier for me. They even agreed to hold my bags for me so that I could explore Seoul, until it was time for me to get on my bus. They were truly wonderful people. The room was exactly as pictured with a power station that fit my phone and tablet. They TV had two English channels which I was pleasantly surprised with! The lights, air conditioning and plumbing all worked perfectly. What truly amazed me was the sound proofing quality of the room. Once the window was closed I could not hear anything from outside. That being said though, I could hear sounds from the hallway and rooms nearby. But that is so be expected in any hotel. Overall this was an excellent hotel and I will likely return to it again. :)

A neat and clean hotel in a perfect location in the middle of Jongno and therefore quiet enough to sleep, but with many palaces, shops, restaurants, the river and metros within walking distance.

3.5 Sometimes there is a smell of cigarette smoke in the room. If you tell me, they will change the room. I like the bed Simple disposable toiletries can be purchased for 1,000 won.

Local or public transportation soso Hygiene and cleaning conditions are... zero... The pillow cover is torn...water stains in the bathtub...marry on the floor... Purchasing service supplies... a bit... like that... If I have to go again... I recommend it
