This is a lovely hotel with super friendly staff who are extremely friendly, welcoming and engaging.
I stayed here for 3 nights and was impressed by the quality and standard of the room itself and the hotel, overall.
Front desk staff are very nice and the cafe/bar likewise; the food and drink there is very good and of a reasonable price.
I also had breakfast in the hotel and found it to be good with a wide selection.
The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and well appointed.
I especially liked how the cafe/bar offered 25% discount for HHonors members.
Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was not so spacious but cozy, the bathroom was great, the shower cabin was very spacious. Cosmetics provided in the bathroom were great as well (nice smell and very smooth hair!) and TV was big and had YouTube access, breakfast has many options to choose from. The only thing I regret is that it was too cold to use the outdoor pool. Location is also excellent for public transport users. 100% recommend! Thanks to all the staff, good job

The location is great being close to public transport, shops and restaurants.
Our Queen Family room was of ample size with a queen and single bed, dining table, coffee maker and mini bar. There were great views of the city skyline, as requested, including the fabulous Lotte World Tower. The bathroom had plenty of storage space and a separate bathtub.
As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I received complimentary full buffet breakfast for two, a room upgrade and welcome amenities.
Staff were friendly and helpful. My pre-stay confirmation email was answered promptly and all requests were granted.

A really great Hilton Garden Inn. Very comfortable, clean and well maintained rooms and a solid breakfast. What more could a traveller want when travelling and looking for a mid market well located hotel. Highly recommended and look forward to returning!

Rented a beautiful suite but the TV in the main room did not work and the heater in the bedroom did not work on the coldest day of the year. My wife got sick from freezing all night. The next day we could not enjoy our room or stay as the engineers spent all morning trying to fix the heater in our room. My wife just wanted to sleep and relax but she could not as the engineers were in and out of the room, bedroom and bathroom. I tried to call the front desk but they were too busy to take our call. I have been a Hilton Rewards member for several years and never have I witnessed such customer neglect, shotty room conditions and poor customer management. Really disappointed with this Hilton property.
