Nice and friendly staff. The front desk receptionist was very kind and gave a lot of help! The rooms are well kept and spacious. The suite comes with a bottle of red or white wine. Many places to eat near by.

Design Modern, comfort room, locatioan near restaurant and supermarket. Far from city but the hotel close to Balsam Subway so you can reach all destination in seoul easyly. Standard Breakfast. Reception very helpful order taxi for us. I really enjoy stay here

The environment is so cool, and there're so many convenience stores and places to eat nearby. Although it's not near the Seoul downtown, it's kinda crowded there as well.

Rooms are fine considering the price you pay. Clean but nothing special (we got the most basic room, so that is maybe why). Overall hotel is very neat and clean. Front desk is professional and the breakfast is definitely nice and there are many selections. Location of the hotel is definitely is plus, right infront of subway station and lots of restaurants and places to shop around.

Not sure how it got such good reviews, first the staff are not friendly and they speak very little English the rooms are dirty , the carpets in the room have never been cleaned , the air conditioning does not work and when asked about that say they turn it off , I booked the hotel cause it says there is a king size bed it’s not a king a best it a small queen or a double , when asked they said all rooms are the same , the breakfast is terrible, no variety and not much for North Americans , find somewhere else to stay ,
