For the price this is 5/5. I stayed for a week and the view was amazing, the access to the bus stop and train station/subway was great. A couple of points to remember - from Seoul station you can walk but it's much easier to go to Sookmyung University Subway Station Exit 10 from Seoul Station on line 4 to get here. That exit is exactly outside this hotel. There are some negatives like the light switches being in an awkward location but it's more of an annoyance than a problem. For the price of the stay and the location I couldn't have asked for more. Fortunate to get a great view too.

Rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. Plus the hotel has in-house breakfast and a coffee shop that add tremendous value since you don't have to get out in to traffic till you're ready to leave.

Convenient location literally in front of Sookmyung Women’s Uni Station - Exit 10. PS25 convenient store next to hotel. My only bad review is for the toilet. No shower screen for the bath tub so the floor gets wet after a shower. Also no hooks to hang your clothes and towel except for a towel rack.

Not the cleanest room, especially in books and crannies. But it is convenient, room has everything you need. 10 min walk to Seoul station, right outside the metro. Nice food street and restaurants nearby.

This is the definition of form over function. And service is poor. Building and room look nice but room is just not functional: to turn off lights you need to get out of bed and cross the room, no sockets next to the bed, no wardrobe - just a few hangers. Bathroom is spacious but has zero hooks, no curtains in shower. The room is very hot so you either need to open windows (but the road can be very noisy) or use AC. But AC stops working every day or two and you need to ask reception to restart it or something. Once we asked to restart AC just before going sleep and in the morning it was already not working. Laundry was not working when we stayed and the hotel didn't provide any alternative (there is laundrette nearby but staff doesn't know about it). Staff barely speaks english. Talking to them was always awkward for me as even using the most basic words we could barely understand each other. On the positive side the room was spacious, wifi was working well and the view from our room was nice with huge windows. Underground station is just below the hotel. And the low price was indicative it might not be 3-star experience
