I was here 6 years ago. Tourist friendly! The receptionist helped me to write my destination in Korean to help the drivers (without me asking). I love everything from the linen, the super large kimono towel (to my body size), to the interior selections. Note: I don't taste the breakfast option.

It is a neat tourist friendly hotel, well connected with subway. Staff is considerate and responsive towards guests needs. I am grateful that they tried to help me in possible ways during my stay when I faced difficulty due to language barrier in the new city. Thanks

Went to Ballroom restaurant for brunch, not for accommodation. Enjoyed brunch with a friend of mine. She likes coffee here.

I’ll start by saying the service was good, the people that work there are very kind and attentive. The room had a bad smell in the shower, a little septic in nature, they poured bleach down the drain to clear it, but to no avail. The windows were also fairly grimy. Thirdly, the location isn’t ideal for sightseeing Seoul. There are 2 busses that go straight into the city however you’re looking at 40 minutes. The subway is a 15 minute walk but a 40 minute trip to the city. Somewhere in Myeongdong would be much more ideal if you were sightseeing. Restaurants in the area are very good however and worth exploring.
