I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel for six nights, and it was truly a delightful experience. The hotel's location was perfect, offering convenient access to key attractions. The level of comfort provided by the hotel was exceptional, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. From the welcoming staff to the well-appointed rooms, every aspect contributed to a happy and joyful stay. I highly recommend Arirang for anyone looking to have a fantastic and memorable time in South Korea.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Did not have the breakfast, so I cannot comment. Location is adjacent to a subway station and various restaurants, so lots to do and see. Exercise room was okay but small. The hotel had a water dispenser for guests, so very useful. I had a strange room. It had exposed wiring and looked right out onto the adjacent building viewing area (see picture). I could not control the room temperature or the floor temperature,but was never uncomfortable.

We stayed in this Hotel for 7 nights, check in went super smooth, beautiful lobby! When we entered the room it was clean, smell- free and looked awesome over all! bed is super comfy! Shower was clean, big enough bathroom, overall not the biggest rooms but not too small either. The location is just awesome. Metro station is 100m away and you can reach all the attractions around Seoul easily. The price was also really really good! Only Thing i wouldnt recommend is the breakfast in the hotel. Bit expensive and not really tasty, there is greater places around. The hotel is near a bakery, conveniece store and great Cafés. Staff is really friendly

Our recent stay at the Arirang hotel in Seoul left us with mixed feelings. While the bedding in the small room was comfortable, I encountered an issue when I requested non-feather linen bedding due to allergies. Unfortunately, my request couldn't be accommodated. On the positive side, the amenities were good, but I believe more flexibility with bedding options would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

I would not stay in this hotel again when coming to Seoul and here's why: Our room was quite old which was revealed by the furnitures that were overdue for replacement. The housekeeping lacked attention to detail when cleaning. One day they threw away some receipts on our desk (which frankly is not needed) the next day they did not throw away the plastic package of the hand soap which I left on the surface (which would be appropriate). Our backpack on the floor was just left open how we left it before the cleaning. Using the coin laundry was a pure desaster. Only one out of 4 laundry machines was clean enough to even use it. The price for the laundry is KRW 3000 and for the super old dryer you pay another KRW 2000. Because of the age of the dryer our clothes were not dry and since the coin laundry literally only allowed coins we could not use it again and had to dry our clothes in the room. On the other hand, the location of the hotel is relatively good to reach most places within 20 - 30 mins by metro. Because of the bad cleaning and the age of the interior we would still not rebook.
