Excellent experience at Lotte Hotel World. The room and bath was very nice; clean, comfortable, quiet, big enough, and well equipped. The breakfast buffet at La Seine was mind boggling. During our stay my friends and I had a competition of how many different dishes we could sample. We also ate at the Loungs a couple times and found it to be excellent; great service, excellent food, very personable staff. The hotel is connected to the Lotte World department store and the shopping mall, which is enormous. There must be close to 100 different restaurants in the mall. Also part of the complex is a connection to the subway system, which makes getting around Seoul incredibly easy. If/when I go back to Seoul I would not consider another hotel.

Stayed here with my family in Aug'23. Everything was great. We took the family package which included the theme park tickets and all of us had a blast. It was pricey but worthy. And don't forget to try their breakfast buffet at La Seine. Truly one of the best in Asia!

Great location as it was next to the theme park. Room is spacious and clean, no bed bug found (since korea announced the infestation of bed bugs that period). There are plenty of shopping malls within walking distance too.

Our fav stay in Seoul ✌️Stayed in early Dec with my family and were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service from the porter to the reception staff. Staff at all areas were very attentive and gave assistance. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. The views were amazing and very luxurious. Breakfast was good too. The awesome connection to Lotte mall. Lotte world , Lotte department and Jamisil underground shopping is just amazing.we didn’t even go out of the area for 3 days :) The porter assisted us with our luggage to the Airport Limousine station. Thank you again. We were very sad when we left :( Will surely return. Shopping at Lotte department and service was great too . Thank you for the best hotel experience in Seoul . This was our 5th hotel stay in our 10 day trip .

I stayed here for a night with my family, enjoyed the early check-in. The hotel is well located and connected to the department store. The room were clean and had a good view of the lake. The check-in was smooth however the waiting area is limited, it was odd to see the reception area widely spreaded out with only few seats for waiting at the lobby area. The service here was professional and fast! I enjoyed my stay overall.
