Great value for money. Clean room, was cleaned daily as well. The staff were extremely helpful! Had an issue with 2 of the electric sockets being too loose using our own adapters. Will stay here again. Great location.

Nice sized room, comfy and very clean. Nice breakfast, although it’s catering for Asian taste, with very little options for westerners. Love the automatic toilet seat! I would welcome some cheese and cold cuts.

Enjoyable stay. Check in was smooth and reception acknowledged my sliver status and offered a better room together with late check out. The in room coffee was also awesome and staff always smiling. No toiletries provided so beware and bring your own.

Conveniently located near the streets filled with pretty shops, and the front desk staff members were super sweet. The only complaint I’d mention is that the air conditioning in my room was not doing anything and therefore the room was little too warm for my liking. Other than that, pretty satisfying stay.

Rooms: Average 2.5/5 No disposables at all! You need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, slippers etc. They ONLY provide liquid body wash, shampoo, and hand soap. Towels are very small - hand towel size. Cleanliness is good. Relatively quiet at night, but you can hear your neighbours' doors. The bed is too soft in the middle, but the sheets are comfortable. They provide 2 bottle of drinking water in the fridge which was very useful Service: 5/5 Great. Excellent customer service. The staff can all speak english well enough. I asked for a wall charger and was provided one immediately. There is a weighing scale to check your luggage near the main entrance. There are paid laundry machines, but I didn't have the chance to use them. Location: 4.5/5 2 convenience stores right outside the hotel. Close to many restaurants. 7 min walk to subway 11 min walk for airport shuttle Great value and if I visited Seoul again, I would stay here again.
