It's right in front of the sea, so I didn't choose the ocean view room because I thought I really needed it, but it was difficult to open the curtains because it was a room with a lounge/front building view. The front desk, lobby, and hotel rooms are located on one floor of the building. The room I stayed in had a direct view of the front desk and lobby when the door was opened, so I could hear a little noise from the lobby, and it bothered me in many ways every time I opened and closed the door and went in and out.
