10~15 walking distance from Seomyun subway station. Located between Seomyun and Jeonpyu station. 2nd floor for breakfast. Many foreign customers from Japan, China, Thailand, and so on. Cost-effective Japanese business hotel.

Ting Chanvor 4 Monaten

Pretty close to the train station. Haven't had the chance to eat breakfast yet because of work. But rooms are high value for the price.

We were welcomed by the front desk staff warmly upon arrival. The hotel located near Seomyeon station, which is about 5 mins walking distance from Exit 8, however if you are having huge luggages with you I would suggest you to proceed to Exit 10 (for elevator) or Exit 12 (for escalator) instead as there is no elevator or escalator near Exit 8. We stayed as a group and booked economy rooms for 3 nights (11-14.05.2023) via Agoda. The rooms were a bit small but overall were quite clean. During check in, front desk staff will ask you if daily housekeeping service is required, however housekeeping staff would still deliver clean towels and drinking water every morning even if you didn't request for daily housekeeping service. The hotel provides self-service laundry and breakfast as well. Nevertheless, front desk staff are quite friendly and helpful. Not only they are able to speak English, they are also able to converse in Japanese too! Overall, I think the hotel rooms and services provided are worth for the prices.

Hotel is nice and price is very reasonable. Breakfast is provided but ends far too early at 9am. I wouldn't want to wake up so early just to eat when I'm on vacation. I wouldn't stay here again because of its location being quite far from the train station. It was hard to find accessible elevators from the train station. Pushing my luggage from the train station to the hotel had to be done through rough and uneven pavements. Unless I have no luggage, I'd rather give it miss.

Nice hotel, the room is a little small. The breakfast was pretty good and a nice bonus. I rarely give out 5 stars, so take this overall as a favorable recommendation. One slightly strange point was the checkout time was 10 am. I didn't ask if I could get a later one.
