A true gem! We stayed at Hotel Intro Oct 10-14, 2019. The hotel opened April 2019. It is a cute boutique hotel just a few blocks away from Haeundae Beach and a few blocks from the metro station. First and foremost the customer service was excellent. We happened to arrive early morning so it was not check-in time yet. The front desk gentleman suggested to go to the Busan International Film Festival to kill time and we had a great time. Our room had a king bed, equipped with a refrigerator with 2 bottles of water daily. The room was decent sized for 2 adults, also included a desk with 1 sitting area with small table. Very clean and modern. Nearby is the Haeundae Beach, Haeundae Market and just one stop on the metro away from the Shingae shopping mall. It’s an hour away by metro from the famous Jalagchi fish market and about 35 mins to Seomyon area. We enjoyed not being near all the hustle and bustle but still easily accessible to those areas by metro. Although I’m sure during peak season the area where the hotel is located is quite busy due to the beach. On Saturday & Sunday they deliver breakfast to your door. It was yummy! Egg, ham and cheese sandwich, with 2 boxes of fruit drinks, bananas and nuts. We would also like the front desk gentleman at check-out who offered to take our postcards to the post office. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return for another visit. Tips: There is no safe in the room.

I have stayed in front of Haeundae more than 10 times and it was the best value for the price. First of all, I think it was quiet and soundproofed well. There was no noise that was of much concern. I always take pictures of the accommodation, but for the first time, I didn't take any. The bathroom, shower, and bathtub are separated, so it's clean and pretty. The location is a bit of a walk to get to the main entrance, but it wasn't too inconvenient.

It was very clean and the lighting was very pretty, just like you see in the picture. It was nice that the toilet and shower booth were separate. The makeup and lighting were also white, which was perfect for me, who likes white interiors. It was nice to have a few places to eat nearby^^

I was satisfied with the clean interior, which seemed to have been recently remodeled. I was also provided with a simple breakfast, and the sandwiches were excellent^^ It was an accommodation I would like to use again.

The facilities are clean and decent. However, there is a strong smell coming from the side of the bathroom where the toilet is. Ammonia smell? The smell was so strong that it made me reluctant to breathe. Also, it was disappointing that the sofa was for one person. Other than these two things, I am satisfied with everything.
