This was my first trip to Busan and it was great. This hotel has a great staff. Very professional and great customer service. The view from a room with a balcony overseeing the port is breath taking. This location is just walking distance to great markets,eateries and fashion. I can't wait to visit again.

Location is very central. Nampo station is accessed via underground entrance no. 6 very close to front of the hotel. Busan Tower, Jagalchi Market, BIFF Sq all within walking distance and the Lotte Department store is almost just next door. Room was small but beds comfy and nice shower. You have to inform Reception before 1pm if you want your room cleaned. Small hotel with no frills but value for money.

This place is nice. Bedroom was a good size, comfortable bed, hot shower, towels provided, etc. It also had a mini fridge and a sink (looks like it used to have a kitchen). It also had a terrace with two chairs outside. You can also control the temperature in the room. We didn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside so we rested very well. The only thing was that it wasn’t perfectly clean, the bed had some little fuzz, and there was hair inside the drawers. But overall we had a good stay.

Elevator are too slow, you need to wait elevator at least 10 minutes every time. There have 2 convenience stores near the hotel. No provide the toothbrush and toothpaste but shampoo and shower gel.

Room is quite big and come with a small kitchenette with a washing basin and preparation area. There is also a balcony with great view of the port and Busan Bridge. The night view is fantastic. The photo is the night view from my room's balcony. In warmer weather, you can sit at the balcony to have a meal and enjoy the great view. Less than 10 mins walk away is the Lotte Mall that has Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mart, and many food selections stores in it; the last 2 are in Basement 1.
