It is a former love motel....I think. It's clean and nice.

Great location at the interchange or 2 train lines. A lot of eateries and some stalls open till late. A local wet market open in the morning within walking distance. Service is quite good. Rooms are decent but corridor smells unpleasant most of the time. Room is clean and neat except some accumulated dust at the corner. Hotel serves breakfast to individual room at a few time options, they will call your room to inform breakfast can be picked up at first floor (sometimes they do deliver to your room), which I find this a bit lack of flexibility. I will suggest breakfast not to be served to at specific timing but let hotel guest to have flexibility time to pick up breakfast or not to have breakfast if guest feel like sleep till late. Overall experience still good and worth the value.

It is about 1 minute walk fr the Seomyeon Subway. Nice decent size 2 beded rooms. Hv a coffee machine on the ground floor 24/7 for guest m. No Breakfast is serve at this hotel. Check in time is at 4pm. if u arrive early , be prepared to leave yr lugguage beside the lift lobby. It's a OMO hotel..

In Seomyeon market, quite difficult to find... but after you find, the place is near public transport, so you can go anywhere easily
