The hotel is near Busan Station so it’s convenient to travel around the city. If you have a family trip or travel with a group, I highly recommend staying here. Because a bathroom and a toilet are designed smart and allow multiple people to use them at the same time.
Note: if you need a steam laundry, you need to contact a receptionist and go down to take it. Then return when you check out.

Spent 3 days here. Our stay was very nice and peaceful. The staff were very helpful and nice. The rooms are super big! And also clean, the bathroom as well was very spacious. The station takes around 7 minutes walking and the hotel located in a very lively area. Totally recommend to stay here.

Busan - South Korea
It's our first hotel we stayed for few nights after arriving from Seoul.
Service - From our experience since day one arriving Seoul, not many staff speaks English well, however in tourism industry I believe should be minimum requirements since English is one of the most common language speaks around the world.
Room - It's spacious and we got a queen bed plus a single bed. Enough space to have two decent size luggages. Toilet is separate, one for the "business", another with rain shower and tub and an area for washing up.
There are two setback. Firstly the door is open outward, yes our first experience as most hotel room door opens inward. OnceI hit into someone outside the door. Secondly, there is a step up walking towards the room. I tripped and luckily balanced myself. There should be a sign on the floor that says "watch the step".
An advantage is this hotel is walking distance to the Busan train station.

This was just a mediocre hotel at best. I was confused on how this hotel got such high ratings and reviews. They did a good job overall renovating this old hotel but wear and tear already has shown. The front desk staff didn't speak much English except for like 1-2 people. So for non Koreans, just don't expect much due to the language barrier. They weren't rude but just don't expect a warm welcome. The pictures on Agoda and also on googlemaps were deceiving, we got the ocean view junior suite and we expected a balcony since we saw huge curtains on the pics so we thought it would be like the family ocean view room since the square footage was the same for both rooms. But when we pulled back the curtains it was just one window and more than half of the curtains was just a big wall. They used curtains to make the room look bigger and nicer but just one window with a dirty screen and because of the bug screen, can't see anything anyway due to how dirty it was. The room was large and the bathtub was nice but those were the positives. Still very suffocating because it was a large room with one window. The hotel was just badly constructed. If you are going to get a suite, make sure you get the family suite with ocean view where they actually show pictures of the curtains pulled back with large windows and a balcony. If they don't show anything, then it doesn't exist. The location was a huge plus, easy to walk to Busan station and the KTX station. The roof was also great to see great views of Busan so that was a huge plus too. They don't have a gym at all so be aware of that and no laundry facilities. So overall, it's a decent 2 star hotel and if you book ahead and not during the weekends, it's cheap and you get a lot of space for large groups and families but that's it. Even though I know the maids are working hard , the cleanliness needs to be better. We found a lot of hair here and there and the laundry detergent or something made us itchy. We also found a small hole when we got to the room and the wallpaper peeled back showing mold.
