It's a new hotel that doesn't have many reviews yet, but the hotel itself is a chain. The location is very good. It is less than a minute away from Songjeong Station of the coast train. There are also many places to eat nearby. Almost on the first alley by the sea, we stayed in a family room with sea view.5

My friends were coming from Jeju Island to visit, and since they were coming from a place with a beautiful natural environment, I wanted to focus on their lodging, not the scenery. I looked around and found it was recently built and looked clean, so I made a reservation.
It was very successful. The owner woke up and suggested room 17 to 5 people, so we decided to go there. There was a living room, so it was perfect for a group of people to hang out, and my friends really liked it because it was clean and had a nice layout. I was happier seeing those friends. It is the ultimate in cost-effectiveness. The staff were also nice and friendly. I had a happy day.4

It was nice that it was close to Songjeong Beach and Songjeong Station. The room was clean, and I liked that it had a slight view of the sea.
However, it was a bit inconvenient because the parking lot was in a parking building. There is parking space for a few cars behind the building, but it was not easy to get cars in and out.
Instead, you can park on the road in front of the hotel at night, so I just parked on the road on the second day.3
