Excellent stay. Location is outstanding, at walking distance to beach and tram station. Rooms really tidy and cozy plus complementary breakfast buffet was also scrumptious and had a large menu. Enjoyed our stay

Everything was nearby the station, restaurants and the beach. The hotel is very modern and spacious. We were lucky to have the 15th floor with a nice view of the mountains.

Room were okay, toilet wasnt really cleaned when we check in, there were some sticky stain on the floor. Requested for extra pillows, got rejected as they claim that they did not provide them. Average wait for a lift ride is probably about 3 mins or longer. They might want to look at the programming logic of the lifts. Location is fantastic, very nearby to the train station.

Decent no-frills hotel in Haeundae. To enjoy your stay here, keep your expectations low. Pros: - Great location right next to a metro stop - Room was fairly spacious and had a great view of the street + water Cons: - Bathrooms are outdated, shower head is confusing and caused a lot of spillage onto the bathroom floor - Not much service beyond checking in - Elevators are painfully slow - The "fitness center" is a room with weights and two machines

This is a non-customer-service hotel, there is simply no other service provided then check in/out. Small rooms, filthy carpet, slow lifts, tiny bathrooms and medium clean only. Some power points are without function, coffee maker and coffee is available, no sugar, creamer, spoon. Shower ceiling looks like it has vomit decorations. Construction right next building, noisy in the morning and no upfront information shared, only upon check-in. This makes it impossible to change to another hotel. Location is convenient, that star is earned.
