Rooms: Standard isn't big but good enough for one person. Very clean and comfortable bed. Service: Amazing service. Made sure that I get fresh towels and asked if I would want to replace linens. Reception is good, as well. Checked in/out smoothly. Location: Great location! Across subway exit and near Bujeon Market. There's a couple of convenience stores nearby and a Starbucks. One station away from Lotte (convenient shopping) and station is not that busy/crowded.

Very comfortable room with great service. Hotel is also located very strategically. Easy to find convenient stores and food places. Very near public transportation stops as well.

A very nice modern hotel. Room was comfortable, clean with shelves and little hanging space. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The best Breakfast buffet which is is excellent with a very large choice of different foods. Would definitely recommend.

This ibis hotel is OK but definitely not Ambassador style. Therefore much too expensive for the value. The personal at the front desk was very friendly. The layout with front desk in the 17th floor is strange. The room was very small and definitely needs renovation. It was clean. Breakfast was not bad. No service, had to clean up by ourselves. Had to beg multiple times to get simple supplies like sugar, then received one little bag instead of the 4 we needed. Some food was filled up only long time after request. No pool available. Washing machine and dryer available. No microwave available.

Hotel was a little run down and not as modern as the photos looked. It was one of the bigger hotels we stayed in and the beds were comfortable. The showerhead had to be pointed towards the wall or it would leak water out all over the bathroom floor. Also, they say they have a coin laundry room but all the washing machines and dryers were out of order. It also says they have a bar and restaurant but when we went upstairs they said there is no bar or restaurant.
