We were blown away by the ocean view upon entering our room. I fell asleep on the couch over looking the ocean for our first night. Hotel is centrally located to plenty of seafood restaurants. No complimentary breakfast for elite members.

Great hotel with a fantastic view. We got upgraded to the highest floor as a Platinum Elite member. Nice view on Songdo Beach which is beautiful and less crowded than other beaches. lots of restaurants in the area. Reception was nice, room service is excellent. loved the lighting in the room. Service could have been better, we told front desk to decorate the room for a birthday but they missed it. Can hear neighbour sometimes.

The beach and location are excellent. The beach is less crowded, and the cable car worth riding. The staff were super friendly. The view is spectacular, especially from a higher floor. The room had some odd issues, including loudly gurgling pipes and some very angry arguing neighbors. So, a little high priced for room size. That said, service was really great and the breakfast certainly adequate. I do wish they had a water bottle filler, anywhere in the whole hotel, to reduce plastic waste and provide an adequate supply.

Hotel has a great view of the beach. The hotel was mostly clean and new but our room had a musty smell and we had to sleep with the window cracked open to get fresh air in. We went in off-season (Nov) and so a lot of the places around the hotel were closed - there were almost no good restaurants close by. Song-do beach is not the most convenient location if you are visiting as a tourist (it takes a while to get to tourist destinations from here). Parking garage is automated valet - so you have to give your parking ticket and wait for 5 mins for the car to show up from the elevator.
