got ungraded to sea view. the room is really clean. 10 mins walk from haeundae metro station but waking up to Seaview and looking at people on the beach were bonuses. check out was also very efficient. you can also leave your luggage. check in reception is on the 7th floor and their rooms are on 5th 7th 8th 8th and 10th floor.

A must if you are visiting Busan. It’s a 3 stars property but it has potential to be a 4! The location is great, close to all amenities and most importantly beach it’s on your doorstep! Clean and spacious rooms with sea views! Staff were super helpful from the time of booking till check out. Man in charge of car park could be a bit more friendly…

I hadn't read any reviews as my partner booked this hotel. On arrival I looked at this tall building on the seafront with total dread. I honestly didn't rate it. The small doorway and a lift to the 6th floor for the reception only added to my concerns. But once the doors opened we were warmly welcomed by reception staff. We were given key cards and made our way to the 9th floor. Opening the door was a great surprise. We the views of the beach and bay were spectacular. Stepping in we noticed the underfloor heating (it's currently winter). The room was gigantic with touch sensitive lighting that was around the bed as LEDs and in the ceiling. The room had hair dryer, kettle, TV with over 100 channels (91 and 104 for English movies), slippers, bathrobes toothbrush and shower gel, coffee, bottles of water small table and chairs and a mini fridge . The bed was nicely firm with comfy pillows. The bathroom has an electronic toilet, typical in Korea, and a powerful shower. The whole place was spotless and remembering this is only 3 star, I had no issues. Staff were super polite and friendly, also typical for Korea. With the location opposite the sealife centre and beach and restaurants nearby it is ideal. I was worried there may be a lot of street noise but I didn't hear anything. Only negative was the fact there is only 1 lift and you may be waiting for a while to use it. There is always the stairs I guess.

Same as other previous comment, Pros: Good location and great view beach/ sunset, luggage deposit service before checkin, smiling staff. Cons: bad smell from toilet tube. Put down the cover when not used.

Pro ❤️ 1) nice beach view from our room 2) strategic location 3) free unlimited mineral water supply at front desk 4) spacious room Con 😅 1) Woke up by construction workers in the early morning. 2) long waiting lift time during checkout time. 1 lift applicable for entire hotel building. Lucky we manage found another staff lift to shorter our waiting time. 3) too early checkout time @ 11am. Standard is 12pm. 4) no free upgrade during my stays. 5) Beach view room a bit high price during weekdays.
