The hotel is not bad the prices are good. Only thing the room are quite bad: small and sometimes electricity for charging devixes doesnt work

Great location, nearby Nampo metro station and plenty of shopping areas outdoor and indoor. There is a coffee bar and a steakhouse attached to the hotel, as well as a small convenience store directly across. The bathroom was small, but the rooms are cozy. Staff is helpful and friendly but communicating in English was challenging at times.

New Hotel at inside location of traditional Busan downtown so convenient to most tourist points. All building Non-smoking is the best policy.

The worst Wi-Fi connection in Korea. It drops out constantly. It’s really frustrating if you have business to take care of. Staff is very nice and the massage spa is very very good and affordable.

❌：will not choose this hotel again 1: takes 7-8 minutes walk to the closest subway station. No sidewalk, share the same road with cars driving beside you. Not easy for walking with luggage or younger kids or in the rain 2. The front desk staffs had difficulty understanding basic English. E.g. “Where is the closest subway station?” “How long it will take to order taxi?” etc. I was thinking if the foreign guests can receive sufficient assistance if any emergency situation happens. 3. Some front desk staffs were rude. The two girls working on Sep 1 and 2nd shift were laughing and taking behind customer. I heard that in both days while waiting for elevator beside the front desk. That made me feel very uncomfortable. 4. We got the room on 3rd floor, since the building is located at lower level, the room on 3rd floor actually connects to a ground level road. We had to close the black-out curtains all day, otherwise the cars and pedestrians passing by would all see through the room. When pedestrians walking by, we heard them talking….. 5. Room is much smaller than expected. The room I booked listed as 24 square meters. But it is smaller than the other two hotel rooms I stayed in Seoul which are listed as 18 square-meters. ✅: provided tooth brush and shower cap, room cleaning is good Will not choose this hotel again
