THIS HOTEL LIES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS！
THIS IS NOT 4-STAR HOTEL！
Don’t be cheated!!!!!

1.The room is too small for 2 adults，you cant even open your suitcase.
2.They don’t have a lobby or seating area, if you come early or need a rest, you only can sit on the floor.
3.No writing table or surface in the room, the only place you can sit is your little bed.
4.The staff is rude and lacks training. We went to have breakfast and when we came back, the staff was cleaning. But the room is too small for 3 people, so I asked the housekeeper come later when we’re going out. She seemed unwilling.And when we came back, I  noticed that the housekeeper put my new, clean underwear, which I left on my bed, on the top of the bed lamp! A lamp with dust! It’s definitely intolerable and unethical! I’m worried about the ability of the hotel staff to do their jobs and deeply doubt that if they can offer me a healthy,hygienic and safe environment.
5.No garden or gym, it’s ridiculous for a 4 star hotel.
6.The room is poorly soundproofed. The constant noise from the next door, the passageway, and the water pipe from neighbors will destroy your sleep. The hotel couldn’t guarantee the most basic comfort for guests, only uncomfortable drying of rooms with central heating.
7.The breakfast is terrible, unfresh orange and apple slices from yesterday were put on show.Terrible taste of the rice and spaghetti.A pitifully small restaurant, which isn't even as big as the cafe down the street. It is impossible for a buffet breakfast room in a four-star hotel to look like.
8. Crowded bathroom for couples, even for single.
9.  I booked a Mountain View room but what I really saw were messy rooftop and the living rooms of my neighbors, you have to close the curtain all day to keep your privacy
I believe that I’ve been cheated and I would never accept it. I have decided to file an official complaint with the relevant authorities, including but not limited to the Korea Tourism Organization, hotel management, etc.

Good place to relax. Even though I get a small room. But it was worth it... So near to the night market. Was like every night I went to the market to buy food... Good choice... Bed not that hard, quite soft... But the bath tub was so small.. And the toilet need battery I think..

Very convenient location, right next to myeongdong shopping street and near a lot of central areas. Service was unexpectedly good with room service provided everyday.

Recommend staying if you want a good central location from most major attractions.

Although the room is small the value for money is great.
The toilet for example is excellent & the bedside smart hub is very useful for controlling the lights, TV, A/C, music & ordering the delivery robot for amenities.

Similarly excellent is the location, right by the night market and central station for rapid transport round the city you can also walk from the hotel through Namsam Park to Seoul N Tower (recommend). It is also very quiet in the rooms/soundproof with high quality beds meaning we slept well every night.

The Robot reception is actually pretty friendly too, even if it is a novelty, they speak English/whatever language you press on the screen. And don’t worry, you can use the reception phone to call staff if you need them.

Approximately 100m away from train station exit - very good location as u can wan to myeongdong area too! Triple bedroom means they add an extra bed to normal two bedded room so it was really tight and there were no space for luggage. But overall the toilets and beds are new and clean.
