Excellent in location. Easy to go anywhere in Seoul. Excellent breakfast and even they have offer free supper the Japanese style noodle with soup. Good responses from their employees, reception from any customers requests. Good for both private trip or even business but actually no good meeting place in addition to the 1st basement floor. Anyway, I will be still staying once I visit Seoul again.4

Staff are truly professional and nice! I enjoyed my stay because they were so welcoming. Nice and clean hotel, also in a good location, not too far down from garosugil shopping street.
One down side is the bed and pillows. Beds aren't that comfy, and they don't give extra pillows.4

The hotel staffs out there aren't friendly.. But the housekeeping team is very cheerful. Hotel service(eg. Laundry, free ramen from 21:30-23:00) is a plus for my 10-days stay there as well as the welcome drink. However, the price is above standard. Recommended.😊4

The location is excellent. The room was quite new and they offered good services like the free welcome drinks, ramen and onsen. Unfortunately, I did not have enough time to check out the onsen. They also have shuttle services to Gangnam. The rooms were quite clean. The service was the only thing that could be improved. When I asked for a shower cap, considering the price and level of the hotel, I would expect it to be delivered to the room but maybe I was expecting too much Marriott standards.2

Despite the high reputation, real experience was not too great. Great set up and system was undermined by: - The front desk staff never ever showed any hospitality which is critical in hotel business. They should have more experienced and high willingness people. - The room decoration is too dark colored and made us feel even fearful in the night. Usually such tiny hotel rooms are colored brightly to bring warm and spacious mood.
