We stayed here as our first visit to Seoul and the location is great. At first, we didn't think there was much around but with a bit of exploring, there is a massive 8 or 10 storey shopping centre just up the road and not far walls to lots of interesting places nearby. The staff were very polite and helpful and the rooms were quite accommodating. Would stay happily stay here again.

We stayed for a week in 2023 May. The Hotel is at the best location in Myeongdong, everything is so close. Overall everything looks fancy and the view is just amazing. Rooms, bathroom are clean and comfortable. The walls are thin, tho it's a common thing everywhere. We tried the breakfast too its various and it tastes good. Very helpful and polite staff, big respect to them. I highly recommend it, it was a very good experience! We will definitley return. :)

Great location, nice hotel really close to the city centre and the Lotte shopping mall. Breakfast is good but could be improved, same as the window insulation, some cold air comes in from time to time but nothing major, it's a good hotel where to stay! Nice view from the room

Convenient location in Seoul next to a green line stop in Myeongdong. But the rooms were a little dated. Also, our shower head would NOT tilt down properly so it had to be manually held in place while showering. Very inconvenient.

The location is great (near public transport and lots of attractions) and the staff was nice, BUT not a “4 Star Hotel”. The temperature in the room was closely control by the hotel. I called the front desk and at first they thought I was saying I was too cold and they told me to “use a blanket”, I explained that I actually wanted it to be cooler, they said “sorry”. They did confirm the AC wasn’t broke, just that the temperature is actually centrally control by there building engineer. Also, the hotel had a limited hot water supply. I call and let the front desk know, they confirm that sometimes the building can’t produce enough hot water. My wife had to take one cold shower and I took two cool showers over our 3 night stay. No wash cloths in the bathroom either. The bed was also firm, some people do like I firm bed, but I don’t. The room was generally clean, but I did find a cobble web in the bathroom.
