The room's are small but their design makes best use of space. Great location. Good service. The breakfast buffet, While not extensive, served it's purpose. Didn't in the end try the gym. Good attention to detail throughout.

Good service. Clean and comfortable room but a little bit small. The reception persons were very helpful. However, they should have the phone number for the K.AL airport bus because I and my friends went to the bus stop early in the morning waiting for the KAL bus but it didn't come at the time we expect. We waited until we were late. Thus, we went back to the hotel and the persons at the reception help us calling taxi. Anyway, because we don't really know the rate of taxi (I forgot to ask at the hotel reception), so I was over charged (90,000 won) by the taxi driver. My friends who went with another taxi were charged with the normal rate (about 56000 won). In this case, if the hotel can provide information about this, it will be very helpful for travellers.

First time stay at IBIS and experience was very good. Amenities were all close by. Most of the front counter staff and cleaning staff were great. Few staff were not to friendly. I asked counter staff to call me a cab but did not cooperate. Overall, I would come and stay here again.

Booking procedure - conveniently done via ALL App with official payment upon check-in. Location - strategically located in Gangnam with a very short walk to COEX Mall with lots of indoor and outdoor attractions. There are a lot of near by commercial establishments: offices, convenient stores, and restaurants. 30-minute taxi to Myeongdong. Staff - accommodation and helpful. Room - adequate space for 2 adults and 1-2 kids, clean and lot of small areas to put things. Bathroom - spacious, clean, separate bath and toilet. Service - quick to response to request. Price - value for money and reasonable. Facilities - did not experience including breakfast, unable to fit-in with the schedule. Gold Membership Benefits - did not get a room upgrade, not sure if there's no more higher room category or no more is available but we did got an early check-in.

The staff and rooms were great. However, although I understand they are trying to be environmentally friendly, I think it can be dangerous to provide guests with beverages that are past the expiration date. The date on the coffee and tea bag was surprising...it was by October.... And some of their sheets had stains on it. Otherwise, everything else was great.
