Good location , good price , clean. The owner is friendly and the common area is cool. You can work there if you're digital nomad / backpacker with your laptop.

stayed here for 1 night and it was surprisingly comfortable with the price. near the subway and bus stop too, and a food street market is accross the street where you can grab an early breakfast5

This hostel is located near Namdaemun market. Also close to the bus station and subway. Namsan park is also walking distance. Perfect for those who just need a decent place to sleep on. They have shared kitchen and has vendo machine as well.4

nice place, average sized rooms with bunk beds and floor heating. big bathroom with strong water pressure. with lift going to different floors. big and clean communal kitchen.3

3.5 stars, it's ok for a 1 night stay. It's well located about a 10-15 minute walk from Seoul station which makes it easy if you are catching the direct train from Incheon Airport which is 1 stop to Seoul station.
There's a lively night market in the area.
It's run by a nice Korean family and has a homely feel. Low English levels but manageable.The rooms are clean but extremely small and my 6 person dorm had no window either. There's a bathroom inside and just outside the room but it's not a separate shower so the floor is always wet but at least there was hot water. Strong WiFi.
The bed itself is a thin hard piece of material which is not that comfortable. They use a fluffy pink throw to cover it as well as another for the blanket which I'm not a fan as plain cotton sheets feel much better. There are blinds for privacy and it's in a quiet area. It wouldn't be too comfortable for any longer than 1-2 nights as the room is extremely small but large lockers are provided, inside, just outside and in the kitchen area for free.
The main communal area has a vending machine with affordable instant noodles and drinks, a coffee and tea machine and basic kitchen facilities. There's also 2 computers.
It's decent, clean, quiet and well located but I checked out after 1 night as I feel I can get much better value, a bigger room for not much more. As I'm staying 5 nights in Seoul.
