First of all, the customer service is very friendly! All of the facilities are clean and fully equipped so you can just come! Of course, the best part is the free ramen and toast. Milk and dessert ice cream are all free 24 hours a day!

They have great service, the breakfast is OK, it has room to improve. The room is good, you are able to find the things needed. They provide shuttle bus to the SK Hynix every morning to badge center. Overall good for accommodation during out station support.

The rooms are clean. Easy eating with induction. Pots, spoons, wine glasses, etc. are provided. The room is also very big. Whirlpool bathtub.

First of all, the advantages. I'm a bit sensitive, but for an old Icheon hotel, the facilities are good enough. Since I can't go to the sauna due to the coronavirus, it's nice to have a sauna so I can take a sauna. The child likes karaoke and sings like crazy when he goes there. But there is a downside. Personally, every time I go, my head explodes with the smell of cigarettes and I swear like crazy, so I sleep with a mask on even though I'm only staying there for a day. My husband and child are not sensitive, so it's okay, but they have underlying diseases and seem to respond quickly, so please clean them thoroughly. I made a complaint and inquired, but ended up giving them Febreze. They said they disinfect thoroughly, but since I haven't seen it with my own eyes, I'm skeptical. I didn't say anything more because it seemed like the business owner would be picky about making such a big fuss after only going there for a day. No matter how many times I went, the cigarette smell problem didn't improve, so I only go there occasionally. Yesterday, I tried to make a reservation for the Royal Suite like I always do, but there were no rooms (KRW 120,000). This time I booked the largest room. But why do they give you the same room as the largest room and charge 60,000 won more? (180,000 won) What's the difference? It's even dirtier and colder here... I'm just curious about other standards. Also, the snack bar that I saw on the blog didn't exist in the first place for a year.. ha.. not to mention... I thought I should do a blog review.
