Manager of the hotel was very cheerful, warm and caring towards us. Although there was limited room, she always tended to us very promptly and meticulously, and even gifted us a sweet note and a pack of dedicated gifts to wish us for our honeymoon celebrations. The location is close to the subway station. All staff are cheerful and warm. The breakfast rice box is available every 8 a.m. It is a good choice for Busan travel.

This place is called Seomyeon and is like a transportation hub in Busan. It is near the intersection of subway lines 1 and 2. It is convenient to go anywhere from here. At first person of the front desk is kind. Outside the building, we are feeding stray cats and all the staff are heartfelt. I don't speak Japanese very well, but there was a person who was fluent in English, and I was able to talk to him about various things. Before Corona, there was a breakfast buffet, but now it's a bento and delivered to your room before 8:00 in the morning.
In this reservation, I requested a room with a washing machine in advance. Since I am a gold member, I think I was able to upgrade to a room with a washing machine, but they were kind enough to help me with that as well. And I stayed 4 nights, but on the last day I received a thank you message and sweets. It was written in Japanese and I really felt the sincerity of taking care of customers.
The room is clean, the water pressure in the shower is good, and the room is spacious! Close to subway and bus stop. I want to make it my regular inn.

It was my first time to come to Busan and I chose the Residence Mumum hotel for my 3 days and 2 nights trip. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the nearby subway station. There are snack streets and convenience stores around the hotel, which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel service staff can speak English and can communicate. We asked about nearby attractions, and the hotel customer service would recommend them to us and prepare hardcopied itinerary information. On the last day of my stay, I received a small souvenir when I returned to the room. The handwritten card was particularly heartwarming. When we checked out, we needed to take a taxi. The hotel customer service helped us reserve a taxi. There were 6 taxis. Two staff members helped us carry our luggage one by one, communicated with the taxi driver about our drop-off location, and ensured that we arrived at Busan Station smoothly. The hotel staff prepared everything for us carefully and were very considerate. The service is amazing. Next time I come to Busan, I will definitely choose this hotel. I will also recommend it to my friends.
