I've been here for nine days. All the facilities in the hotel were very delicious. Especially, the front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly. As I mentioned last time, the noise of the road seems to be a task for this hotel to solve. I used earplugs after a few days of hard work. I'm willing to stay here again. I feel like the staff members are my family now. Thank you for kindness during your stay.5

Clean and cosy hotel in Dongtan. It is a 30 min walk to the area of Restaurants near the teracce shopping mall. Quite a good choice of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel.4

Extremely competitive pricing here. Modern facilities. View is not bad but if you want a view, you have to pay a little more and stay at the edge of the park.
This will be my first choice if I return to this area again. The elevators can take bit of time if there are people on multiple floors trying to use it. I think that’s the only deduction I could really give this place.
Bed is comfortable and I slept very well. Hardly any road noise in the evening.
Big TV but I didn’t really use it. It’s also locked in hotel mode so no Netflix or third party apps. Maybe a deduction for your own score but I am not taking away a star since I didn’t even use or care for it.
Temperature control seems to be universal. I tried to lower the room temperature but I don’t notice any changes.
Bathroom is great. I paid a little more at another chain and they didn’t have a bidet. Staz rooms have bidets and you can even make the toilet dryer super hot if you can withstand that temperature.
One downside I do have to admit is some of the furniture does show some wear and tear - very minimal though. I won’t take a star away from it considering the price point but I can’t give a full 5 stars because of this.
Another downside is the lowest lighting setting is not as dark as other hotel chains in the area. For example the bedside lighting is connected for both sides. In other chains, you’re able to only power on one side but at Staz, both bed side lights are either on or off. There’s no independent control.
Not a big deal breaker but if you’re staying with someone who prefers darker lighting, be aware.
Overall good value here for the price and what the hotel offers. I could pay a little more at other chains but only for marginally better improvements and for small things I can honestly live without.
All staff have been excellent during my stay for both check in and check out. Janitorial was also very professional and kind.4

First time in Korea so I have no reference for the standards, but I find the hotel clean and staff very friendly! Hotel location is great and everything is within comfortable walking distance. The room is small compared to western standards but this was expected and is not an issue. The breakfast is pretty much Korea buffet and was good. Highly recommend this hotel.4

Great location, clean (with a little dust), great interior, and cheap.
Just one problem is that the windows are too scary to open. When opened a little strong wind forces them to open completely, making you to reach out to close them.
