My stay at the Ibis Hotel at World Trade Center Dubai was a comfortable and convenient experience. The hotel's location, adjacent to the World Trade Center complex, is ideal for business travelers and those attending events in the area. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The modern design and functional layout of the rooms were quite impressive. The hotel staff was courteous and accommodating, ensuring that any requests or inquiries were promptly addressed. Additionally, the on-site dining options provided a decent selection of meals to choose from. However, the overall ambiance felt a bit functional and lacked the luxury one might find in higher-end accommodations. Despite this, the Ibis Hotel at World Trade Center Dubai remains a practical choice for travelers seeking a comfortable stay with easy access to business and entertainment hubs.

Mr. Millad as the reception manager is very friendly and polite. Handsome and very serious in responding to guest problems. I have never met someone as good as him, very good service. I really appreciate his help.and also Mrs.Grace is very kind, very helpful and fast response. Thanks for all the Ibis hotels staff,I will come back again next time...

I and my husband recently stayed at Ibis World Trade Centre and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a great location with easy access to many attractions. The standout feature of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Bishwash, in particular, was incredibly helpful with our luggage and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The housekeeping staff were also amazing, keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. The room itself was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a great variety of options. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Ibis World Trade Centre, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

It was a great experience they let us check in earlier the staff were nice and the room were super clean. The location is amazing like a foot step from the metro. Some people may not find the size of the room comfortable but it was okay for us and they already mentioned that. I would go back for sure.

If you're looking for a hotel in Dubai that is located right next to the World Trade centre, this hotel may be a good option for you. It is the closest hotel to the Dwtc, which is very convenient if you're attending an event there. However, during our visit, we found that the hotel's lobby was under construction. This meant that the entrance was a bit chaotic and it didn't give a great first impression. Hopefully, this will be resolved once the construction is complete. Another downside is that the prices are quite high due to the hotel's prime location. While it's great to be so close to the exhibition center, it does come at a premium. The breakfast spread could have been better, too. While there were some options available, we found that there wasn't a lot of variety and the quality was average. Lastly, it's worth noting that there is no swimming pool at this hotel. If you're looking to take a dip, you'll need to look elsewhere. Overall, if you need to be close to the exhibition center, this hotel's location is unbeatable. But with the construction and high prices, it may not be the best option for everyone.
