Felt like royalty staying here. The entire hotel is beautiful, the stay was divine, the bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever laid on and I am still thinking about it. Our view was also beautiful. The breakfast had a wide variety of food, and I enjoyed the quality of food. There is also a restaurant at the first floor which offers vegetarian and vegan options. Overall wonderful experience, I would absolutely love to stay here again.

Awesome place! Especially the pools and breakfast. I would want to go back in summer again to enjoy the pools My friend found a tissue in the restroom when we just checked in. I wouldn’t mind or noticed but she was in hotel Industry so she couldn’t stand it. She called the front and reported it. Later 2 men in suit knocked our door with wine and apologized again and again. Very good service. But I need to say it was overall very clean.

I stayed in an executive room, and it felt good to be guided privately and kindly from check-in, and the afternoon tea and happy hour I enjoyed in the lounge after that were quite satisfactory. Of course, the same goes for the La Seine breakfast the next day. You can feel the meticulous consideration for guests everywhere, The staff are professional and kind enough to be called hospitality veterans. The facilities in the hotel are also well equipped, so there was no inconvenience in using them.

Beautiful views of Namsan. Mango bingsu is overpriced, but worth trying once. I go at least once every summer. Has great Korean, Japanese, and French restaurants.

A classy hotel. Stayed in late December with family for several nights. I would have given it more stars except for the fact the beds are simply not double beds, they are really single beds. I have no idea how two adults could sleep in one much less a parent and child.
