If you are reading reviews for this place you should stop looking and book here. This is an incredible establishment. The staff are impeccably professional, friendly, and attentive. The rooms are lovely, well furnished, comfortable, and have the right luxury comforts. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Cleaning staff keep everything very clean and maintenance staff have clearly done a fine job keeping the property in great condition. The view is very enjoyable with the ocean and some of the local community clearly visible. Great food and spa that is open late. Could not be happier!

Me and my best friend were looking for a calm and not so touristy place at Jeju Island and found it at the Bayhill Pool & Villa. The staff, the management were super friendly, sweet, welcoming and helped us a lot since non of us could speak any/little korean. On our arrival we were looking for a typical Black Pork BBQ Place nearby and asked the staff, instead of showing us on the map, they insisted to drive us to their local favorite Black Pork BBQ Place which was literally just a five minute walk away. Incredible and unexpected service. I could add a few more memorable and sweet situations…all in all it was a wonderful experience. Thank you for being so generous, accommodating, and welcoming. The warm reception you gave us is now ingrained in our memory. We will be back for sure! The Germans 😊

The hospitality is tip-top! The room, facility and food was great and the staff made the whole experience even more amazing. They were warm, friendly and paid attention to detail, especially the two ladies at the reception who helped us through the stay. Everyone made us feel welcome everytime we return to hotel and all staff were able to speak in English which comes in very handy. Highly recommended!

our suite was very clean and the staff was friendly. View of the ocean and clean rooms and relaxing hot tub on the deck. Only item to add for the wish list was to warm the guest pool. Look forward to coming back!!

Architecture was nice, but there were too many other problems with our villas that didn't leave the best experience. Pool wasn't clean when we arrived, dirty areas in some rooms, toilets clogged up, bad view of ocean (not as advertised). However, the hotel personnel were helpful in accommodating us and did their best to fix the many problems (even moving us to a different villa for a better view of the ocean). A little overpriced for what is offered.
