Nice and friendly staff. The front desk receptionist was very kind and gave a lot of help! The rooms are well kept and spacious. The suite comes with a bottle of red or white wine. Many places to eat near by.

The best hotel in the area hospitality is excellent and the breakfast is delicious also there is a coffee machine 24/7 in the lobby, and have a fitness room, and have all the accessories you need in your room from shaving tools to the tea that you drink also the staff is really helpful and always smiles for you from their heart. A good location hotel. Very close to Balsan Station, a few stations away from Kimpo airport. I stayed for 2 weeks. The place is clean. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I booked the hotel 3 months advance and the price was fantastic. There are many restaurants and craft beer & wine bars in walking distance. If you are sensitive to noises, bring ear plugs. Some of the old windows won't block the street noise (many high rises creates acoustic sound bouncing off the buildings) Will stay again.

Rooms are fine considering the price you pay. Clean but nothing special (we got the most basic room, so that is maybe why). Overall hotel is very neat and clean. Front desk is professional and the breakfast is definitely nice and there are many selections. Location of the hotel is definitely is plus, right infront of subway station and lots of restaurants and places to shop around.
