Nice decorated affordable hotel with great facilities to work remotely. Good wifi, no problems with zoom-calls. There’s an office-like airconditioned studio with desks&chairs and a coffee machine. Spacious rooms with nice amenities. Located close to the city center of Jeju, so you’ll find many restaurants and bars by walking distance. We were able to park the rental car right outside of the hotel. The car park isn’t very big, but big enough for low season traveling.
A couple of things that could be improved. Staff is nice and helpful. However, they speak limited English and gave up very quick when a question about the wifi was asked. There are no breakfast options at the hotel. You’ll be able to get a cup of coffee, which was nice. There was a certain smell in our room that I didn’t like. Not sewage smell; more like a bad morning breath smell. The rest of the hotel smelt very sweet and flowery, so coming from the hall to the room was a bit weird.5

The hotel is clean and located at a central location in Jeju. As this is a relatively new hotel, the bed, bedsheets, toilet etc are decent and there is nothing to complain about.
Hotel provides toiletries, disposable slippers and bottled water. Bed is comfy and room heater is working well.
The toilet bowl seating comes with a heater which is a plus point. the hot water supply is great as well.3

The hotel rooms have no AC. When we first went in our room, it was 28 degrees and very stuffy despite outdoors being around 18 degrees. Reception told us there is no AC and to open the windows. We had to leave the room it was so hot. At night we left the windows open all night to keep the temperature low, but it meant we could hear all the street noise. 2 stars off for no AC. otherwise hotel served it's purposes.3

Alice & Trunk.. hmmm.. Initially we thought that the open space parking area belonged to them but turned out, it was not.. we were asked to park it inside of their building but we didn't like the multi storey car park as everything was written in Korean, so we left it outside...
The cleanliness was ok. A lot of foods n drinking bars in this area.2

Chose this hotel just because of the proximity to Mt. Hallasan. Nice spacious room, but the bathroom is very inconveniently designed. No place to put your toiletries, the sink is tiny.
