Being only a two-minute walk from the railway station, the location is excellent. When compared to the cost, the room is large and incredibly comfy.💗💗 However, the power plug is also pretty ancient, and there is still a lot of dust in the room.

I was aware that it’s not a new hotel. So I didn’t hold high expectations. Staffs are nice when give us a family room when I asked for twin beds even through I booked a queen bed room. The room is very big. Tv remote control include aircon and lightings control too. We managed to use washing machine for free located in rooftop. Old but still working. It provided shower stuffs but dusty so we skipped. We asked for adaptors when ours can’t fit, the staffs also help to provide to us. Staffs are not fluent in English but still try to help us. Our room didn’t come with bathtub, just standing shower. We stayed at level 8 which is 1 floor below roof top. The floor tile need to check for any broken ones as one in my room but it’s below the carpet when we walk we heard sound that’s why we found out. Basin in the room area and it’s tied to avoid further damage. That’s why I find the room need to do some maintenance.

Spacious room, it is close to Busan station so it's easy to reach everywhere and close taxi station. But negative things are the musty smell inside bed room as well as is toilet and the air condition was set up silly in front of the head of bed. Luckily this autumn season the weather is cold at night so we turn the air condition off.

The room is dirty and the bed is very hard. Only good thing is the near distance to the Busan Station which is around 3 mins away.

Agree with the lower reviews - first thing that stands out most is this place had a constant smell between a mix of heavy perfume of grape / smell of sewage - was hard to sleep with this smell. Outside at night there are people yelling, music playing, and hard to sleep. The bed had stains, garbage cans are dirty, towels look old and the photos advertising look nice but in reality it’s not as clean hair in cracks and soap bottle has old soap marks. Window is tiny, barely any natural light. If you are travelling to Busan just pay a bit more for a nicer 3 star hotel as this one was not great. For pros it is large room and comes with a bathtub but didn’t use as worried it is dirty. Also location wise maybe nice it’s near busan station but also it’s way better to find a hotel near hauendae instead. If you are not worried about a little uncleanliness and smell then for the price it is fine.
