An AMAZING place! Everything feels right, friendly and professional staff, great location to metro and restaurant area, and a meticulously clean room. The best🏆is their bedding, electronically to adjust in all directions. Slept like a baby, marvelous 🙏

Amazing hotel for the price, service impeccable, Jack was amazing! The location is near the metro, however the area itself is a business district so it's mostly dead over the weekends. My only gripe would be with the C Cafe - the only restaurant in house, it only offers buffets at ~60kW/pax

This hotel always has been my go to hotel for whenever I visit Korea since 2017. Now, the hotel shows the sign of wear and tear (especially the chairs and free standing table) after so many years in service, but the great service from the staff makes up for it. In Jan, we stayed total 11 nights, and the service from the front desk staff to daily keeping ladies were top notch. One morning on the way out for a day, surprised to see the GM, Mr. Jerry Lee was at the front door to greet the guests! This is something unheard of and shows the dedication to their service. On my next trip to Korea, look forward to stay here again.

The bed is super comfy. But some work needed to be done on break fast line. Food is the same for my 3 night stay.

The hotel is nice, and the staff was very friendly with fair prices for rooms. However, in our room we couldn’t temperature control it. It was too hot for sleeping which was very frustrating. We even tried to open the window but it remained almost a constant temp inside the room. With the lovely but heavy blanket they provide, you sweat all night long.
