I really like place. Great location, restaurants and cafes are nearby. The fitness room is well equipped for a hotel. Rooms are good with a huge fridge. If anything doesn't work, just tell the front desk and it gets fixed in the next 1-2 hours. Can't understand previous commenter about extra charging for late check-out, that's normal for a lot of hotels. And I couldn't see any problem with dust. For the price you get a nice hotel!5

Was very happy here and would have extended my stay if I could...they were fully booked! They especially stand out now that I've had a chance to compare them with three other hotels (one in Jeju and the other two here in a Seoul). Convenient, lively area, wonderful buffet breakfast!5

really enjoyed the stay.helpful staff, very clean, easy access to public transportation, 24/7 store and just love the cafe8.
Cons;
my wife's compact powder which is unopened as she bought it tax free store on the way to incheon gone missing after the 1st day (left it on the side table) we just let it go , not worth to raise up with them. just be careful with your belongings maybe this just bad luck for us.4

Perfectly adequate hotel in a nice location. The room was very basic, walls were heavily scuffed up, and shower grout wasn't very clean. The AC unit was moderately cold and was very noisy. These are all minor complaints and for a room in downtown Seoul at the $100 price point they're to be expected. Free parking is a nice perk. I'd stay here again, but it won't be at the top of my list.3

Clean hotel with friendly, English speaking staff. My room had a small laundry machine that took many hours to clean and dry a small load. It was close to my conference venue. But not sure if it's worth the price or if I would stay here again. Given the nightly price, you have to pay extra for toiletries and laundry soap. It's just a couple of dollars, so not a big deal, but still annoying.
