Three moments you will experience in Seoraksan National Park


POINT 1

Sinheungsa Temple · Heundeulbawi Rock · Ulsanbawi Rock Summit

Your day begins at Sinheungsa Temple, located at the foothills of Seoraksan National Park and known for its 1,300+ years of history. Next, you will head to Ulsanbawi Rock, the granite peak that symbolizes the Seoraksan National Park skyline. Along the way, you will see Heundeulbawi Rock, a massive boulder famous for shaking yet never toppling, then climb steep deck stairs to reach the summit. From the top, take in a grand panorama with the East Sea, mountain peaks, and sky spreading in every direction. Your guide will share the legends and history tied to the cliffs and ridgelines.


POINT 2

A short break at Sinheungsa Temple on the way down

On the descent, take a short break around Sinheungsa Temple. Enjoy complimentary tea at the temple tea house, try a traditional offering by writing a wish on a roof tile, or collect a commemorative stamp in the National Heritage Visitor Passport.


POINT 3

Biryong Falls

After lunch, the atmosphere changes completely. Follow a gentle forest path to Biryong Falls, one of Seoraksan National Park’s most beautiful waterfalls tucked deep in the valley. A suspension bridge along the way adds a little adventure, and on the flat rocks beside the falls, you can rest while cooling your feet in the mountain stream.
