  • Yeonnam Seosikdang Cheonho Branch ist ein auf beef short ribs (galbi) spezialisiertes Restaurant mit über 70 Jahren Tradition seit 1953, es ist die zweite Filiale von Yeonnam Seosikdang, einer Sinchon-Ikone, die als Seoul Future Heritage ausgewählt wurde.
  • Sie schneiden die beef short ribs (galbi) im Haus zu, entfernen sorgfältig Fett, Sehnen und Häute einzeln, um eine zarte, angenehm zähe Textur zu erzielen.
  • Sie stellen die charakteristische Sojasaucen-Marinade von Yeonnam Seosikdang im Haus her und verwenden sie, und da das Fleisch morgens gewürzt und über Holzkohle gegrillt wird, kann man einen tiefen, kräftigen Geschmack genießen.
