• The price is same for both adults and children. 
• After your reservation is confirmed, please follow the travel agency's instructions.
• Please arrive at the designated meeting place 10 minutes early. The tour departs on time. 
• The tour will depart even on rainy days, but if the weather conditions are extremely unfavorable, the departure date may be changed or a refund will be provided.
• The tour itinerary is subject to change depending on the traffic, weather and tourist attraction conditions.
• Children under 36 months can join for free, but a separate seat will not be provided.
• If you are bringing a wheelchair or stroller, please let us know in advance at help@creatrip.com.

Accommodation

• The basic accommodation is 2 people per room.
• The accommodation may change depending on local conditions.
• Children under 36 months old will share a room with 2 adults.
• For single bookings, you will be assigned to a room with another tour participant. An additional charge will apply for single occupancy (additional charge will be notified separately and paid on-site).
