1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 
2. Proceed with the full payment. 
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. If there is a need to change the reservation date or time, you'll be contacted via e-mail or messenger app. 
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to the staff. 

Before your visit

• Please make sure to reserve your desired date and time accurately.
• Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time.
• The studio works with 100% reservation-based system. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be given.  
• Communication in Chinese is not available; only simple English is available.  
• Hair and makeup services are not available.  
• Photos taken cannot be used for commercial purposes.  
• Companions with no reservation are not allowed in the studio and must wait in the waiting area.  
• For easier background removal and natural-looking photos, we recommend having a neat hairstyle.  
• The studio has a powder room and fitting room (sprays, curling irons, etc., are provided).  
• Additional options typically includes 80-100 shots.  
• The extra person option is recommended for up to 8 people (for a total of 10 participants, including the 2 basic participants).

During your visit

• Food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside. 
• If you bring a dog, please prepare a doggy diaper. If the dog soils the studio floor, restoration fees will be charged.  
• If you want additional photos on the day of the shoot, discuss with the photographer on-site. This may not be possible if other bookings are scheduled.  
• The downloadable period for photo files sent via email is limited. Once the period expires, you will no longer be able to download the files.  
• Two selected photos will be retouched and sent to you via social media accounts or email within 1-2 hours.  
• Printed copies can be picked up or received via prepaid shipping.  
• The latest reservation time for same-day pickup is 17:00 KST on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 18:00 KST on Friday, and 16:00 KST on Sunday.
