Things to Keep In Mind
Please make a reservation at least 3 days before the tour.
Please bring identification for identity and age verification.
After your reservation, you must present your voucher at the ticket booth and exchange it for a physical boarding pass.
If you miss your reservation time, it will be considered a no-show and refunds will not be possible. For example, if you've booked a yacht experience for 18:00, you must arrive by no later than 17:40.
Ticket verification and boarding take time. To avoid being late, arrive early. If you are late for the boarding time, it will be considered a no-show, and refunds will not be possible.
Please follow the staff's safety instructions and refrain from actions that could harm other passengers.
Infants under 24 months can board for free. However, please bring the necessary documents (such as a passport) for infants.
Sea-ray, Princess, and Rosella Yacht products provide water instead of beverages.
Pregnant women, elderly individuals, and those who are intoxicated are not allowed to board.
You can bring any food on board except for alcohol. (However, foods with strong smell may be restricted.)
Non-alcoholic wine, non-alcoholic beer, and other simple snacks are being sold in the lounge.
If the operation is restricted on the day of the reservation due to company circumstances, we will notify you in advance via email and provide a 100% refund.
Due to weather or other circumstances, you may not see fireworks or rainbow fountain shows. If the conditions don't hinder the operations, the yacht experience will continue as scheduled, and refunds for not seeing the fireworks or rainbow fountain show are not possible.

4. The ticket inspection and boarding process can take some time, so please arrive about 20 minutes earlier than your reservation time. Passengers who are late for boarding will be considered as a same-day cancellation and will not be refunded.
